HURLEY played five seasons of college basketball, including a redshirt year at Seton Hall. Guided by head coach P.J. Carlesimo, he helped the Pirates to a notable 78-37 record and three NCAA Tournament appearances.
Connections and Mentorship
WEB's connection to Jersey City, where he grew up, continued at Seton Hall. LAS VEGAS Bob Hurley Sr., his father and a legendary high school coach, often met with friends at Dohoneys, a local bar in the city.
